You’ve been on my mind SO much the last few days.
Are you doing OK?
I want to remind you of two things. The first is, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Psalm 23 is heavy on my heart, and I wanted to share it with all of you,
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” This verse brings me comfort and I hope it does the same for you!
Second is, despite the craziness and the uncertainty that you might be feeling right now, this is what some health experts say…
Health experts continually emphasize that you need to remain vigilant about your health.
Cut back on Sugar.
Listen to POSITIVE messages and music!
Basically, what they have been saying, and what is on my heart is to focus on what we can control. The things we can control are the things inside of our house – what we eat, our attitudes, and our exercise!
