Introducing your newest PiYo instructor!

Woohoo!!! I did it…
My first PIYO certification will be in the mail soon. I learned so much more about my own body and what I actually can do with it. Pushing through each move for deeper flexibility.. and movement!
If you know me well I love music but can’t sing and sometimes get off beat. Not today.. I closed my eyes and learned how to listen to 32 counts, 16 cts and 8 cts.
The master trainers put in a great deal of hours to teach safe and effective classes. I want to the same for each of my new clients!!
Now it’s time to learn the new moves and try them out .. And a course my friends will be first on my list.. Bc I will mess up several times getting started. And mirror teaching will be the hardest for me!! Haha

But the coolest thing is everyone can do this… There is modifications for every exercise movement and don’t be afraid to try something different. Listen to your body, ENJOY and FIND the confidence and love of exercising daily in your LIFE!

PiYo- Time to get DOWN

So so so excited for our brand new workout to LAUNCH and for my first PIYO TEST GROUP to get rocking!

This is sooo up my alley right now and I’m excited to get to have YOU join me and rock this new workout and not only see amazing results but all around health and vitality.

You guys KNOW that I started out 7 years ago doing yoga! The only kind of exercise I ever did but like many others things during that time I was not consistent. I don’t want to go to a class or come up with a routine on my own (basically an excuse on why not to exercise)! Well a lot of people struggle with the not knowing what kind of program their body needs but still want to get amazing results. Let’s talk and see if this would be the best program for YOU!

This workout is a MIX of yoga and pilates but it’s intensified to give you that cardio and strength training feel but you are only using your body weight…it’s AMAZEBALLS and I got to test it out already and I’m hooked because I truly think this is going to change the game of fitness and how we treat our bodies all together…to workout SMARTER and NOT HARDER all the time. I mean it’s still hard…but it’s a different type of hard that invigorates your body instead of just breaking it down all the time.

PiYo results… From the first TEST group!

These individuals have been working this program for the past 2 months in secret. (very cool to be in this group.) They haven’t been allowed to share ANYTHING so this is so fun to be able to share!
