1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into bite size florets
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, making sure to coat it well. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and mix with hands or utensils.
Place florets evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes turning every 10 minutes. The cauliflower should be tender and a golden brown.
