Another quick and easy dinner!!
Sautéed tofu with onions (i used olive oil)
Asparagus with pine nuts (baked in the oven on 350 for a 10 minutes, not long)
Then my favorite.. Grilled portobello with hummus, shaved Parmesan cheese, slice tomato!! (we grilled the mushroom on both sides for a 5 minutes each then placed the hummus, Parmesan cheese, and tomato on top for a few minutes)
Voila… for my meat lovers, you can have grilled chicken!
