You guys KNOW that I started out 7 years ago doing yoga! The only kind of exercise I ever did but like many others things during that time I was not consistent. I don’t want to go to a class or come up with a routine on my own (basically an excuse on why not to exercise)! This workout is a MIX of yoga and pilates but it’s intensified to give you that cardio and strength training feel but you are only using your body weight…it’s AMAZEBALLS and I got to test it out already and I’m hooked because I truly think this is going to change the game of fitness and how we treat our bodies all together…to workout SMARTER and NOT HARDER all the time. I mean it’s still hard…but it’s a different type of hard that invigorates your body instead of just breaking it down all the time.
