This was my first time to try these moves. WowZA.. I really like pilates!!

Move of the DAY- SAW- Lying on your back, with your legs wider than the mat width on the floor, curl your spine off the ground and reach forward with your right arm, bringing your hand to the outside of your left foot. Then, sit up with your straight spine, bring your arms in front of you, and slowly lower your spine to the floor!
