Let me honest with you, I have never completed Insanity and never will, I tried and I failed!! ( Hour + workouts plus full on cardio, does not work great for my body). When I was 38, I messed up my knee and since then I watch all intense jumping exercises. ( and I love to ski so I don’t want it to get worse)
Now at 43, I’m fit and can do any movement with a modifier when it comes to intense cardio. Woohoo.. I’m so ready to TRY this program!
