I hear from so many people that drink coffee or dr pepper or a granola bar or cereal for breakfast! My friends that’s not breakfast. Our bodies need a balance of protein, carbs or fruit to get us moving early in the morning.

Two hard boil eggs
Gluten free toast with lightly coconut oil spread on top
Look at your breakfast and see if you are eating a balance of food groups!!
