No Bake Chocolate Shakeology Cookies
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 cup all-natural almond butter (sunbutter or peanut butter)
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup raw honey (or I split honey and agave nectar)
Combine almond butter, oats, honey and Shakeology in a medium bowl.
Mix well with a rubber spatula or clean hands.
Roll mixture into twenty-four balls, each about 1-in in size.
Place them on wax paper and put them in the freezer for a few hours
Transport them to a glass container and store in the fridge
These cookies are great for an afternoon snack! My kids LOVE them. For me, they are excellent for my late night treat. All you need is two.. They totally hit the spot. So from all that, can you tell that we make these quite often. They count as a yellow for 21 Day Fix. BAM.. still eating clean! LOVE IT!
