Arm through while holding Plank

This is a fun move that builds your abs, core while working your shoulders.

Get in plank postion and move one arm under your body for a nice pull through.  Then alternate to the other arm.  I would work each side for 1 minute each.

The biggest improvement you can do with your body is just to GET started and GET moving! I know you can do this!
