Turmeric Shakeology Smoothie
1 Cup Fresh Spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (You can use vanilla almond milk or add 1 tsp of vanilla to the recipe)
1 Scoop Shakeology (I use Vegan Tropical or any flavor you choose)
1/2 tsp Powdered Turmeric – (or 1 inch of fresh, peeled turmeric)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon – (or more to taste)
1 medium banana
1/2 cup pineapple
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Wash the spinach if needed. Pour the almond milk into the blender. Add spinach leaves and banana and pineapple. Lastly, shake in turmeric and cinnamon.
Blend 30 seconds to 1 minute (every blender is different) until there are no more chunks and it is as smooth as you like it! I use a Vitamix.
