YOGA… When people say the word Yoga, all kinds of things may go through your mind! When I first started to take care of my body, I was introduced to Yahweh Yoga. It is a Christian Yoga Practice that creates your mind heart centered with Christ! God is my inner spirit that draws me closer to him. Yoga was a fitness place for me where I felt safe and started to learn more about my body. It was something I didn’t do daily but I knew how great my body felt afterwards.
