The next group has been announced and will start on Monday,  July 16th ! Body & Soul Virtual Gym  will provide you with a plan for quick, 30 minute workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime. You’ll also learn rockstar meal planning strategies to make your months go easy, fun and healthy. We’ll combine scripture and a Jesus-focused support system to help you keep your eyes on Him and know that He desires to be part of your journey as well. Hope to see you there!  

We just launched a new program this month called 2B Mindset.  The 2B Mindset Virtual Gym will run a little different than my others ones because workouts are “extra credit”.  When you change your mind, your body will follow.  Ilana Muhlstein is our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, the creator of 2B Mindset.  So make sure you answer the questions below to see if this is where you should start.

  • For an example, I am a busy mom, I have a stressful job, I am a single mom, I work from home, I love the outdoors, I need motivation, etc.
  • For an example, I am wanting to build more muscles, lose a huge amount of weight, tone up, shape my arms, back & shoulders, and/or overall become more physically and spiritually fit.
  • For an example, do you eat breakfast? If so, what do you usually eat. Share your type of snack if you eat any during the day. Do you pack your lunch or eat out? What are you eating for dinners?
  • For an example, what is your Why factor? What drives you to commitment and/or seeing yourself achieve your personal goals?
  • A Body & Soul Challenge has the ability to change your life. The physical transformations that unfold are nothing short of inspiring, but the mental breakthroughs that occur are even more important! Our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being are all very much connected, since Body & Soul. When you are taking care of yourself in each of these areas, you are better equipped to handle what life throws your way and to live up to your God-given potential. There are many ways to lose weight, but the only way to KEEP IT OFF is to change your pattern of thinking about nutrition, exercise and YOURSELF!
